Then I move to website improvements and then I look at the advertising, the pricing, the messaging and then the operations of teh business

1. I prepare the work plan, solution and implementation steps and you get your team/contractor to do the work.
2. I prepare the plan, and implement the solution. I embed into your business and complete the scope of work.
How much does consulting cost?
Each service is different, but the concept is the same. I charge on the scope of work, not an hourly rate.

How long does consulting take to work?
Every component of work has its own timeframe. Generally the planning is 1-3 weeks work. The implementation can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to complete.
